He is admitted to all levels of state, federal, and appellate courts in Georgia, as well as to the Supreme Court of the United States. Roman received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1966 and his law degree from Mercer University in 1969. Roman also completed the Harvard University Summer Program for Lawyers. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Claims, Court of Military Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. He has successfully used alternate dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration. Attorney Blake Halberg --Blake Dexter Halberg is a native Atlantan who has practiced in the metropolitan Atlanta area since 1986. The majority of his practice focus is on the area of family law; including divorce, child custody and support, alimony, modifications, and premarital agreements. He is able to bring a unique perspective to the area of family law as he has personally gone through the divorce process and understands what his clients and their families are going through during this troubled time, which is why Blake coined the phrase "Divorce with a Difference."
